Premium−70%Bloodborne — 100-Card Commander Deck
SKU DECK-BLB-100
The Good Hunter leads a Rakdos (black/red) Commander deck about the price of seeing: insight counters unlock double strike, cheaper Great Ones and a board-wide finisher, but drain your life every upkeep — and Regain takes that blood back every time your hunters strike.
Bloodborne — The Price of Seeing
Commanded by The Good Hunter, this Rakdos (black/red) 100-Card Commander Deck is set in Yharnam, a gothic Victorian city that built a Church on a blood transfusion and pays for it: every night its people turn into beasts and the hunters go out to put them down. A hunter who kills enough, and looks long enough, starts to see what the city was built around. The cast: Gehrman, Lady Maria, Ludwig, Father Gascoigne, Eileen the Crow, Laurence, Vicar Amelia, Master Willem, Micolash, Queen Annalise, Ebrietas, Rom, the Moon Presence and The Plain Doll. The Good Hunter has haste and Regain, gets an insight counter whenever an opponent's legendary or power 4+ creature dies, gains double strike at Insight 3, and spends two counters to deal 2 damage to any target.
- Insight: eighteen cards give insight counters. They stay on you, and at the beginning of your upkeep you lose 1 life for each one. Keep them and Insight 3 to 6 abilities switch on, Great Ones cost {1} less per counter, Holy Moonlight Sword and Shadows of Yharnam grow. Spend them on The Plain Doll, Sedative or A Call Beyond, which deals that much damage to each opponent and each of their creatures. Only the Moon Presence turns the bleeding onto your opponents.
- Regain: whenever a creature with Regain deals damage during a turn in which you lost life, you gain that much life. The upkeep bleed is a life loss, so the insight tax switches it on every turn — and Chikage, Central Yharnam, Quicksilver Bullets and the Hunter Pistol bleed you on purpose to light it up.
- The Hunter's Dream: Messengers of the Dream can be cast from your graveyard while you control a Hunter, Hunter's Workshop sacrifices them for {B}, and The Plain Doll gives an insight counter on each death — then drains an opponent for 1 per counter removed.
Why Rakdos
Black is the blood — the Old Blood, the Church's ministration, the vials, the Vileblood court of Cainhurst and the Great Ones themselves. Red is the hunt — saw cleavers, quicksilver pistols, fire paper, Molotov cocktails, Old Yharnam in flames, and a system that heals only those who strike back. A second combo, The Old Blood + Blood Ministration, turns any life gain or opponent's life loss into an endless loop. Sol Ring, Arcane Signet and Rakdos Signet ramp; Paleblood Hunt tutors; Visceral Attack, Fire Paper and Molotov Cocktail remove threats; The Burning of Old Yharnam sweeps the board.
A complete 100-card Commander deck plus 3 tokens, tuned for Bracket 4, available as a digital print-yourself edition or a printed physical deck, and offered in 10 languages.
