Return policy
You have 14 days to change your mind after receiving your order, in accordance with French consumer law. Here's how it works at Vanyrix.
1. Withdrawal period
14 days from receipt of the package to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify any reason. The cards must be returned in new condition, unused, in their original packaging.
2. Special case — custom cards
Personalized cards (category Custom & Promo, alternative artworks, made-to-order creations) are non-returnable in accordance with article L.221-28 3° of the Code de la consommation — except in case of product defect or error on our part.
3. How to open a return
Go through our contact form specifying:
- your order number;
- the reference(s) concerned;
- the reason (withdrawal, defect, error…).
We reply within 48-72h with the return address and precise instructions.
4. Return shipping fees
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, except in case of an error on our part or a product defect — in which case we cover everything, including round-trip shipping.
5. Refund
Once the package is received and inspected, we process the refund within 7 days. The credit to your credit card then depends on the usual banking timeframes (generally 3 to 5 days).
The refund is made to the same payment method used for the original order.
6. Card damaged on arrival
Photograph the package and the card concerned, then open a case via the contact form within 7 days after receipt. Replacement or full refund, your choice.
