Returns & refunds

1. Made to order — no right of withdrawal

All sales are final. Every card, deck and accessory sold on Vanyrix is produced to your specifications after the order is placed. Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized are excluded from the right of withdrawal under article L.221-28 3° of the French Code de la consommation. The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to our products.

2. Digital files

Digital decks and print-yourself files are delivered as soon as payment is confirmed. By ordering, you request immediate delivery and expressly waive your right of withdrawal under article L.221-28 13° of the same code. Once the download link has been sent, the order is final and non-refundable — a file cannot be returned.

3. What we cannot refund

No return, exchange, refund or store credit is granted for:

• a change of mind, or an order placed by mistake;
• the wrong card, deck, finish or language selected at checkout;
• cards refused or restricted in a tournament — our cards are proxies, never tournament-legal cards;
• an order already in production or already shipped;
• wear, damage or alteration occurring after delivery.

Please review your cart carefully before paying: production starts shortly after the order is confirmed.

4. Defective, damaged or incorrect orders

This is the one exception, and it costs you nothing. If your order arrives defective, damaged in transit, incomplete or different from what you ordered, we reprint and reship it at our expense — or refund it in full when a reprint is not possible. The legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects apply in full and are in no way limited by this policy.

5. Reporting a problem

Write to us through the contact form as soon as you notice the problem — and within 7 days of delivery for transit damage — with:

• your order number;
• the card or deck concerned;
• clear photos of the item and of the packaging.

We reply within 48 to 72 hours and handle the reprint or the refund ourselves. Nothing needs to be shipped back to us.

6. Orders placed on Etsy or eBay

Orders placed through our Etsy or eBay shops are governed by the policy shown on the listing itself and by that platform's buyer-protection rules. For anything else, write to us via the contact form.
