1. Service description

Vanyrix designs, prints, and sells reproductions of cards — commonly called proxies — intended for the practice of non-sanctioned game formats, playtesting, demonstration, or personal collection.

Each card is an independently printed object; it does not come from any official publisher and is not resold or presented as such.

2. Authorized use — prohibited use

Vanyrix products are intended exclusively for:

• casual play among friends (kitchen-table);
• non-sanctioned Commander/EDH games;
• playtesting and deck design;
• demonstration, education, and personal collection.

Any use in official, qualified, Premium, Wizards Play Network (WPN), or any other event sanctioned by Wizards of the Coast is strictly prohibited. The buyer acknowledges being solely responsible for complying with the rules applicable to the events in which they participate.

3. Order and payment

Payment is made online via our provider Stripe (credit card, supported wallets). Banking data does not transit through nor is it stored by Vanyrix.

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. The order is validated upon receipt of full payment. A summary email is automatically sent to you.

4. Shipping

Vanyrix operates on print-on-demand. Each card is printed specifically for the order. Allow about 20 business days between order and receipt (print-on-demand + shipping), for mainland France, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.

Vanyrix cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure events.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

Every product sold by Vanyrix is printed to order to the customer's specifications. In accordance with article L.221-28 3° of the Code de la consommation, such goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal: orders are final and give rise to no return, exchange or refund for change of mind.

Digital files are delivered as soon as payment is confirmed; by ordering, the customer requests immediate performance of the contract and expressly waives the right of withdrawal in accordance with article L.221-28 13° of the same code.

The legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects remain fully applicable: any order that is defective, damaged in transit, incomplete or non-compliant is reprinted or refunded at Vanyrix's expense, as set out on the Returns page.

6. Limitation of liability

Vanyrix undertakes to provide a service compliant with the descriptions displayed. Its liability cannot, however, be engaged for uses contrary to these GTU, in particular the use of proxies in sanctioned tournaments.

7. Applicable law and disputes

These GTS/GTU are subject to French law. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
