Premium−70%Kingdom Hearts — 100-Card Commander Deck
SKU DECK-KHR-100
Sora, Keyblade Wielder leads a Bant (green/white/blue) Commander deck where the Keyblade is a key: twenty-six permanents — the ten worlds of the mana base, creatures and artifacts — print a Keyhole line, and whenever a creature equipped with a Keyblade attacks, Sora opens a Keyhole and triggers one of them. Sora gives every Keyblade equip {1}, and the same Keyhole can open on every attack.
Kingdom Hearts — Every World Has a Keyhole
Commanded by Sora, Keyblade Wielder, this Bant (green/white/blue) 100-Card Commander Deck starts with a boy building a raft on a small island with his two best friends. On the eve of departure darkness swallows the island, his friend Riku walks through the door it opened, and the key meant for Riku comes to Sora. He wakes in Traverse Town, meets the court magician and the captain of the royal guard, and the three travel from world to world in a Gummi Ship. Every world has a heart, every heart has a keyhole, and the Heartless devour any world whose keyhole stays open. The cast includes Riku, Kairi, King Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Roxas, Xion, Naminé, Aqua, Terra, Ventus, Yen Sid, Merlin, Leon, Aerith, Chip and Dale, Jiminy Cricket and the Moogles, from Disney Castle to The World That Never Was.
- Keyhole: an ability word printed on twenty-six permanents — "Keyhole — <effect>" — that does nothing on its own. It fires through one action, word for word: "open a Keyhole. (Choose a permanent you control with a Keyhole ability. That ability triggers.)" A keyhole never wears out.
- Sora and the Keyblades: vigilance, equip {1} for every Keyblade, and whenever a creature you control attacks while equipped with a Keyblade, open a Keyhole: Destiny Islands draws, Traverse Town makes a flying Moogle, Atlantica taps a blocker, Agrabah makes a creature unblockable, Kingdom Hearts drains 2 from each opponent. Riku opens twice when he connects, Ultima Weapon twice on attack, the Genie three times as he enters.
- Seven legendary Keyblades — Kingdom Key, Oathkeeper, Oblivion, Ultima Weapon, Two Become One, Star Seeker, Way to the Dawn — found by Yen Sid, the Moogle Synthesist and The Keyblade Inheritance Ceremony. Forty-seven cards carry, open or read the mechanic; the Heartless only appear as Shadow Heartless tokens left to your opponents.
Why Bant
White is the light — Kairi's heart, the King, the Keyblade, healing and the only sweeper. Blue is magic and memory — Donald, Yen Sid, Merlin, Naminé, Jiminy's journal. Green is the worlds — the jungle, the Pride Lands, the strength of the Coliseum, Goofy's shield. Two combos close the game: Chip and Dale, Gummi Mechanics with Aerith Gainsborough, Flower Girl makes unlimited mana for Kingdom Hearts to open itself, and Highwind Gummi Ship with Jiminy Cricket, Royal Chronicler and Corridor of Light loops mana and arrivals. Sol Ring, Arcane Signet, Azorius Signet, Talisman of Unity, Wayfinder and Ether ramp; Dive to the Heart tutors; Release the Heart, Strike Raid and Blizzaga remove threats; Don't Lose Your Way counters; The Darkness Swallows the Islands sweeps while Equipment survives for the next creature; Jiminy's Journal draws.
A complete 100-card Commander deck plus 4 tokens, tuned for Bracket 4, available as a digital print-yourself edition or a printed physical deck, and offered in 10 languages.
