A fully custom satirical Magic proxy Commander deck, ready to play straight out of the envelope: 100 proxy cards with original artworks built around the "Untouchables — Cartel of Impunity" theme. This is a Grixis (U/B/R) deck whose partner commanders P-Diddy, Bad Boy Mogul and Jeffrey Epstein, the Financier run on dirty money, bought silence and corrupt institutions. The core identity is theft: you play the game with your opponents' permanents.

Targeted power level: Bracket 4 — full fast mana, a complete tutor suite and early two-card infinite combos, without crossing into full cEDH.

Deck Strategy

Everything revolves around Embezzle, the deck's original mechanic: put a fraud counter on target permanent — you gain control of it for as long as it has a fraud counter. The counter sticks: even if the source dies, your opponent must destroy, bounce or blink the permanent to reclaim it. On paper, it somehow always belonged to you.

The two partner commanders split the work: P-Diddy, Bad Boy Mogul is the offensive engine — he Embezzles whenever he attacks, grows +1/+1 for each permanent you control but don't own, and converts infinite mana into a table kill. Jeffrey Epstein, the Financier is the defensive engine — hexproof while you control a stolen permanent, loots whenever you steal, and sacrifices stolen assets to recur your creatures. Three main lines of play:

• "Cooking the Books + The Ledger" — infinite mana and infinite drain: each loop adds mana and drains every opponent.
• "The Revolving Door + The Corporate Raider" — repeated flickers steal the entire table; add The Ledger for infinite drain.
• "The Enforcer, Paid in Full" — every control change deals damage to the original owner, turning any theft loop into a lethal backup plan. Sink infinite mana into Walking Ballista or P-Diddy's drain ability.

Original Mechanics

• Embezzle & fraud counters — the signature theft mechanic: permanents with a fraud counter are yours for as long as the counter stays.
• Haymakers — Hostile Takeover (Embezzle one permanent per opponent), Everything Must Go (borrow every creature, keep the best one), The Reckoning (each opponent loses life equal to what you stole from them), The Whale Investor (ETB: Embezzle two targets, Ward 2).
• Triple redundancy — three independent combo routes make the deck hard to stop with a single piece of removal.
• Parasitic ramp — the deck ramps on the back of opposing permanents; around 2.3 average mana value with 36 lands, often closing the game around turn five.
• Bracket 4 toolkit — Sol Ring, Mana Crypt, Dark Ritual, Demonic/Vampiric/Mystical Tutor, Fierce Guardianship, Cyclonic Rift, Toxic Deluge, Necropotence, Rhystic Study and more.
