Premium−70%The Chronicles of Narnia — 100-Card Commander Deck
SKU DECK-NRN-100
Aslan, the Great Lion leads this The Chronicles of Narnia Selesnya (green/white) Commander deck. Spring adds +1/+1 counters to a land and makes it a 0/0 Dryad with haste that remains a land. Aslan supports your land creatures with vigilance, trample and a death-triggered return. Bracket 4.
Narnia: the land itself joins Aslan's advance
Aslan, the Great Lion leads a Selesnya (green/white) Commander deck where Spring wakes your lands into creatures. Spring N puts N +1/+1 counters on a target land you control and makes it a 0/0 Dryad creature with haste that is still a land. The animation has no end-of-turn expiry. The Chronicles of Narnia theme becomes a growing landscape of attackers, supported by the Pevensies, talking creatures and the return of life to the forest.
- SPRING: Spring N places N +1/+1 counters on a target land you control and makes it a 0/0 Dryad creature with haste, still a land. The effect does not expire at the end of the turn.
- ASLAN'S SUPPORT: Aslan, the Great Lion uses Spring 1 at the beginning of combat on your turn. Your land creatures have vigilance and trample, and when one dies he returns that card to the battlefield tapped under your control.
- THE PEVENSIES: Peter Pevensie, the Magnificent gives your land creatures +1/+1. Susan Pevensie, the Gentle taps to deal damage equal to your number of land creatures to a target opposing creature.
- AWAKEN AND REPLENISH: Mr. Tumnus, the Faun finds a basic land and puts it onto the battlefield tapped, then uses Spring 1. Father Christmas, Bearer of Gifts draws a card for each land creature you control when he enters.
Balance the mana base and the attacking forest
An awakened land can still produce mana, but tapping it for mana affects its availability to attack. Haste helps a newly animated land act, while Aslan's vigilance allows an attacking land creature to remain untapped. You can spread Spring across several lands or add counters to one already awake, depending on whether you need a broader attack or a larger individual creature.
Aslan's return ability brings a dead land card back tapped as a new permanent. The old Spring animation and its counters do not follow it through the graveyard, so an ordinary land needs to be awakened again. Trumpkin, the Doubting Dwarf draws when your land creatures die, and Trufflehunter, the Faithful Badger allows an additional land play on each of your turns. This Narnia Magic Proxy deck suits players who enjoy making their mana base an active part of creature combat while rebuilding through land recovery.
A 100-card Commander deck plus 3 tokens, with the existing Bracket 4 designation.
Fan-made proxy — not intended for official tournaments
