Premium−70%Twin Peaks — 100-Card Commander Deck
SKU DECK-TWP-100
Agent Dale Cooper, FBI leads this Twin Peaks Esper (white/blue/black) Commander deck. Doppelgänger temporarily switches power and toughness; Cooper scries on each activation and draws on the first each turn. Coffee, Cherry Pie and the two Lodges support the Bracket 4 strategy.
Twin Peaks: familiar faces, different numbers
Agent Dale Cooper, FBI leads an Esper (white/blue/black) Commander deck where the quiet side of Twin Peaks can become an unexpected attacker. Doppelgänger switches a creature's power and toughness until end of turn, with each such ability limited to one activation each turn. Cooper gives your creatures a version costing two mana, while cards with their own version offer other costs. The result is a board whose apparent defensive shape can change when you decide the moment is right.
- DOPPELGÄNGER: Pay the printed activation cost to switch that creature's power and toughness until end of turn. Each Doppelgänger ability can be activated only once each turn.
- COOPER'S OBSERVATION: Agent Dale Cooper, FBI gives your creatures Doppelgänger for two mana. Whenever you activate a Doppelgänger ability, scry 1; the first such activation each turn also draws a card.
- COFFEE AND THE LODGES: The White Lodge gives your creatures +0/+2 and gains you 1 life whenever you activate Doppelgänger. The Black Lodge gives the creature involved menace and lifelink until end of turn.
- CHERRY PIE: Norma Jennings, Owner of the Double R creates a Cherry Pie Food token at your end step if you activated Doppelgänger that turn. Its two-mana tap-and-sacrifice ability gains you 3 life.
Change the angle of combat
Nadine Hurley, Silent Drape Runner begins as a 1/6 with trample and a zero-mana Doppelgänger ability. Switching her numbers makes the deck's combat idea easy to see: a patient blocker can become a substantial attacker for the turn. Cooper's card draw is limited to the first activation each turn, while his scrying continues on later ones. Spreading activations across turns can therefore matter as much as switching several creatures together.
The Curtains Close destroys creatures whose power is greater than or equal to their toughness, making the current orientation of your creatures relevant even outside combat. This Twin Peaks Magic Proxy deck brings the diner, the red curtains and the strange double into an Esper strategy of timing, toughness and incremental resources. Every switch asks what the board needs right now.
A 100-card Commander deck plus 4 tokens, with the existing Bracket 4 designation.
Fan-made proxy — not intended for official tournaments
