It is recursion out of EXILE, not out of the graveyard. The card is committed to Arkham face up, sits there castable for full cost, escapes, dies, and is re-committed with a fresh inmate counter. There is no limit on the number of times. Graveyard hate does almost nothing to this deck.

Hahaha: whenever an opponent loses life, you get that many laughter counters. They live on YOU, so they survive removal and board wipes, and they are spent on escalating chaos — two for a point of damage, four for a mind control, ten for five damage.
