Dr. Stone — Ten Billion Percent

Commanded by Senku Ishigami, Kingdom of Science, this Simic (green/blue) 100-Card Commander Deck begins the afternoon a green light crosses the planet and all of humanity turns to stone. 3,700 years later a teenage scientist breaks out of his shell — he kept his mind alive by counting the seconds — into a world of forests and broken statues. He rediscovers the recipe for the fluid that woke him, revives his best friend Taiju and starts over from fire: glass, iron, electricity, medicine, the telephone, the steam car, the ship, then the rocket. Every invention builds the next, and the whole road leads to bringing everyone back. The cast includes Taiju, Yuzuriha, Chrome, Kohaku, Ruri, Gen Asagiri, Kaseki, Suika, Tsukasa Shishio, Ryusui, François, Byakuya Ishigami, Dr. Xeno, Ibara and Mecha Senku.

• Revival Fluid: word for word on the commander and fourteen spells — an artifact token with "{2}, Sacrifice this: Return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield. Activate only as a sorcery."
• Senku in two lines: whenever you cast an artifact spell, create a Revival Fluid; whenever a creature you control is revived, put a +1/+1 counter on it and draw a card. A creature is revived when it enters from your graveyard, and ten creatures print a "Revived —" line: Taiju becomes indestructible, Tsukasa deals 4 damage, Chrome draws two.
• Filling the graveyard: combat, the Stone World mill of Taiju, Byakuya and Ruri's Hundred Tales, The Pocket Medusa — petrify a dying ally to revive it healed — and the only sweeper, The Petrification Light, which gives you back a Revival Fluid for each of your creatures it took.

Why Simic

Green is the Stone World — the forest that swallowed the cities, the village that lives off it, and the bodies of Taiju, Kohaku and Tsukasa that carry science up the hill. Blue is science — the recipe, the lab, the glass, the counted seconds. No black: Senku's whole point is that nobody gets left behind.
