Commanded by Edward Teach, Blackbeard, this Rakdos (black/red) 100-Card Commander Deck runs on two crew-wide mechanics.

• The Articles: a contract signed by the whole crew — when one of your creatures deals combat damage, every creature you control shares a marker of it. At your end step, though, any creature that blocked or could have attacked but didn't breaks the Articles and is marooned: exiled until you pay to reclaim it.
• The Black Spot: hand an opponent the Black Spot naming a permanent type, and they must give you one before their next turn or lose every permanent of that type. There is nothing to negotiate.
