Five-Year Plan (This Saga enters with a quota counter on it and gets another quota counter at the beginning of your precombat main phase. If you meet a chapter's quota, take its reward. If you don't, you may pay and report the quota met to take the reward anyway. The Plan is always a success. Sacrifice after V.)

I — Quota: three creatures. Reward — Create two 1/1 white Citizen creature tokens.

II — Quota: five lands. Reward — Search your library for a land card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.

III — Quota: four cards in hand. Reward — Draw two cards.

IV — Quota: six creatures. Reward — Put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.

V — Quota: eight lands. Reward — Put three glory counters on your commander, then creatures you control get +2/+2 and gain vigilance until end of turn.
