Reminder card. Cult of personality: whenever a spell or ability an opponent controls targets you or a permanent with cult of personality you control, put a glory counter on your commander.

The regime grows on what is done to it. Glory counters never come off on their own: each one makes every other creature you control bigger, and each one makes every opponent's spell that targets you or your board cost more. Answering the Leader is what builds him. Applause N reads the same pool — as long as your commander has N or more glory counters, the card that says so switches on.

Five-Year Plan: the Saga enters with a quota counter and gets another at the beginning of your precombat main phase. Each chapter names a quota — so many creatures, so many lands, so many cards in hand. Meet it and take the reward. Miss it and you may pay and report the quota met to take the reward anyway. The Plan is always a success. Sacrifice after V.
