It is an IMMUNITY to exile, not a use of it. Nothing this deck owns ever stays in exile: not a creature exiled by removal, not a card exiled from the graveyard, not a card exiled out of hand or library. Whatever an opponent exiles from you comes back, and nine cards in the deck can also reach into exile and pull a card out on their own.

Experiment 626: as an additional cost, you may destroy a permanent you control. If you do, exile it instead of putting it into a graveyard.

The two are one engine. Experiment 626 destroys your own board for value and sends the wreckage to exile; Ohana refuses the exile and returns the card to your hand, so the permanent you just destroyed is recast next turn. Feed Experiment 626 with permanents that have Ohana and the cost is a tempo loss, nothing more.
