Flotsam, the Left Eye can't be blocked as long as you control Jetsam, the Right Eye.

Whenever Flotsam, the Left Eye deals combat damage to a player, that player reveals their hand. You may exile a nonland card from it. You may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled.

: The Bargain — You can't draw more than one card during each of your turns for the rest of the game. Look at the top four cards of your library. Put two of them into your hand and the rest into your graveyard. Activate only once. (A bargain price is paid once and lasts for the rest of the game. It stays paid even if this permanent leaves the battlefield, and nothing gives it back.)
