It is not a combat keyword. It moves the whole deck onto the opponent's turn — creatures, artifacts, enchantments and sorceries alike — and then pays you for going there. Forty of the hundred cards carry it or read it, and almost none of them destroy anything: they TAP, and hold the creature down through its controller's next untap step. That is what shooting the gun out of a man's hand does to him.
