Voyage counters are NEVER spent — this deck pays you for going FARTHER, not for hoarding. Cards read thresholds at 3, 5, 7, 10, 12, 15 and 20.
The Heart of Te Fiti: while you control it, at the beginning of each opponent's upkeep that player creates a 2/2 red Kakamora token that attacks you. At the beginning of your end step, if your voyage is 20 or greater, you win the game. Carrying it is the delivery; the Kakamora are the freight charge.
