Mob Psycho 100 — ???%

Commanded by Shigeo "Mob" Kageyama, this Izzet (blue/red) 100-Card Commander Deck is set in Seasoning City, an ordinary suburb where the most powerful psychic in the world is a polite middle-schooler who joins the Body Improvement Club and works after school for Arataka Reigen, a con man who exorcises spirits with salt and nerve. The show puts a percentage on screen as Mob's emotions rise, and at 100% something happens to the street, the school or the city. The cast includes Reigen, Dimple, Ritsu, Teruki Hanazawa, Tsubomi, Katsuya Serizawa, Musashi Goda, Claw and its Scars, Mogami Keiji and the (Laugh) cult.

• ???%: written on the commander — when Mob has ten or more emotion counters, he reaches 100%: remove them all, deal 10 damage divided as you choose among any number of target opponents and creatures they control, and draw three cards.
• Stir: the deck's only action word, "Stir N (Put N emotion counters on Mob.)" Mob fills himself whenever you cast an instant or sorcery or another creature you control dies.
• Forty-nine cards fill the gauge, read it or trigger "whenever Mob reaches 100%": Reigen draws, Goda pumps the team, Toichiro burns each opponent, Ritsu grows, Tsubomi and the Psycho Helmet faithful return, and Emotions Overflow doubles every counter.

Why Izzet

Blue is restraint — the boy who holds everything in, the bent spoon, telepathy, the barrier. Red is what breaks through — anger, the explosion, the Scars' fire. Unlike a power level that only climbs, this gauge empties and starts over every time it fires. Two combos close the game: Reigen's Business Card with Salt Splash! and three artifact mana makes infinite mana and infinite Stir, so Mob explodes every ten casts; Mogami Keiji with Claw Esper Infiltrator makes infinite hasty tokens that each Stir. Sol Ring, Arcane Signet, Izzet Signet, Talisman of Creativity and Mob's Bent Spoons ramp; A Call to Spirits and Such tutors; Hanazawa's Psychic Blade, Psychic Shot and Psychic Crush remove threats; Reigen's Lie and Psychic Rebuttal counter; Lifting the Whole Town sweeps; The Divine Tree draws.
