A fully custom One Punch Man Magic proxy Commander deck, ready to play straight out of the envelope: 100 proxy cards with original artworks built entirely out of a world of numbered cities, disaster levels and monsters that turn up faster than the paperwork. This is a MONO-RED deck led by Saitama, Hero for Fun — the first single-coloured set in the line, because that is the entire premise: no plan, no second colour, no back-up.

Targeted power level: Bracket 4 — three infinite combos, fast mana and a full tutor package, over a plan that turns the scariest creature on the table into your best card.

Deck Strategy

Everything revolves around Threat, the deck's original mechanic: put threat counters on a creature and it gets +1/+1 for each of them. You are classifying a monster — and in this world, classifying a monster is what makes it one. Wolf 1, Tiger 2, Demon 3, Dragon 4, God 5: the Association writes the number down and the number comes true. Threat can target any creature, including your opponents', so the deck spends half its turns deliberately making the biggest thing on the table bigger.

Then Saitama ends it. One Punch — whenever he attacks, EXILE target creature that has a threat counter on it. Exile, not destroy: indestructible does nothing, regeneration does nothing, death triggers do nothing, and the size of the thing is not a factor. A 2/2 and a 40/40 take exactly the same amount of punching. Three pillars hold it together:

• "Register the threat" — Genos, Tatsumaki, Sonic, Flashy Flash, Fubuki and the Hero Association Headquarters all stack threat counters, while Mumen Rider taps for free to do it every single turn.
• "One punch" — Saitama exiles a registered threat on every attack, Watchdog Man exiles anything that dares attack you, and One-Punch and Disaster Level: Dragon do it at instant and sorcery speed.
• "Promotion" — every counter the thing had pays you back: S-Class Promotion drains the whole table for the number, Genos throws it as damage, the Hero Ranking Board turns it into cards. Saitama ends the disaster and somebody else gets the rank.

Original Mechanics

• Threat N — put N threat counters on a creature; it gets +1/+1 for each. The disaster scale is the mechanic: Wolf, Tiger, Demon, Dragon, God.
• One Punch — attack triggers that EXILE a registered threat outright, regardless of size, indestructibility or death triggers.
• Promotion — payoffs that scale with every threat counter a creature had when it left the battlefield.
• Heroes vs Monsters — the full ranking board (Genos, Tatsumaki, Bang, Atomic Samurai, King, Metal Bat, Zombieman, Puri-Puri Prisoner, Watchdog Man, Flashy Flash, Pig God, Tanktop Master, Child Emperor, Fubuki, Sonic, Mumen Rider) against the Monster Association (Lord Boros, Garou, Orochi, Elder Centipede, the Deep Sea King, Carnage Kabuto, Melzargard, Marugori, Vaccine Man, Mosquito Girl).
• Bracket 4 toolkit — Sol Ring, Mana Crypt, Jeweled Lotus, Arcane Signet, Ruby Medallion, Jeska's Will, Dockside Extortionist, Ancient Tomb, Imperial Recruiter, Gamble, Wheel of Fortune, Chaos Warp, Blasphemous Act, Kiki-Jiki, Zealous Conscripts, Godo and the Helm of the Host; 35 lands.

Three Infinite Combos

• Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Zealous Conscripts — the mono-red classic: arbitrarily many hasty bodies, arbitrarily many attacks.
• Godo, Bandit Warlord + Helm of the Host — infinite combat steps, which in this deck is infinite One Punch triggers: every registered threat on the table is exiled and every Promotion fires again.
• Mumen Rider + The Hero Association Registry (all custom) — Mumen Rider taps for free to Threat 1, and the Registry untaps him every time threat counters are put on something. Register one creature into an arbitrarily large God-level disaster, then punch it once; with S-Class Promotion out, that single punch drains every opponent for the whole number. The bravest man in the world builds the monster, the bald guy ends it, and the paperwork goes to somebody else entirely.
