Premium−70%Persona 5 — 100-Card Commander Deck
SKU DECK-PR5-100
Joker, Leader of the Phantom Thieves leads a Grixis (blue/black/red) Commander deck of heists: at the beginning of each of your combats he sends a calling card to an opponent's best nonland permanent, and the next time one of your creatures deals combat damage to that player, you steal it for good and draw a card. Warn, hit, take, draw.
Persona 5 — Take Your Heart
Commanded by Joker, Leader of the Phantom Thieves, this Grixis (blue/black/red) 100-Card Commander Deck is set in Tokyo over one school year. A high-schooler convicted for defending a woman is sent to live in the attic of a café in Yongen-Jaya and finds an app on his phone that opens the Palaces of corrupt adults — their twisted hearts built as a castle, a museum, a bank, a casino. At the heart of each Palace, the owner's desire is a Treasure that doesn't exist until the thieves send their calling card; the card makes it real, and on the day of the heist, they take it. The cast includes Arsène, Morgana, Ryuji, Ann, Yusuke, Makoto, Futaba, Haru, Goro Akechi and Sumire, the Velvet Room's Igor, Lavenza, Caroline and Justine, the confidants, and Shadows from Pixie to Jack Frost.
- Calling Card: word for word on sixteen cards — "Put a calling card counter on target nonland permanent an opponent controls. The next time a creature you control deals combat damage to that player, steal that permanent: gain control of it and remove the counter." You point at what you want, you hit that player, it's yours — permanently.
- Whenever you steal a permanent: Joker draws, Haru makes two Treasures, Ann deals 3 damage, Ryuji grows, Yusuke copies the stolen object, Captain Kidd burns the table, The Phantom Thieves of Hearts drains 2. Lavenza, Mishima, Sumire and Shinya reward every card sent.
- A linear plan: evasive thieves (menace, flying, unblockable — Morgana makes your creatures with power 2 or less unblockable), a calling card every combat, contact, theft, a card. Thirty-three cards send, read or reward the mechanic.
Why Grixis
Blue is the infiltration — Futaba's navigation, the Third Eye, the Velvet Room's contracts. Black is the theft and the back-alley deals. Red is rebellion, the colour of every calling card and of Arsène's wings. No white: the law put Joker on probation. Two combos close the game: Pixie, the Trickster's First Shadow with Guillotine Fusion makes unlimited hasty attackers, and Into the Depths of Mementos with Futaba Sakura, Oracle wins on the spot. Sol Ring, Arcane Signet, Rakdos Signet, Talisman of Dominance and The Metaverse Navigator ramp; Igor's Summons tutors; Eigaon, Agidyne and Mental Shutdown remove threats; Makarakarn counters; Megidolaon sweeps; The Phan-Site, Coffee and Curry at Leblanc and Lavenza draw.
A complete 100-card Commander deck plus 3 tokens, tuned for Bracket 4, available as a digital print-yourself edition or a printed physical deck, and offered in 10 languages.
