A fully custom Stranger Things Magic proxy Commander deck, ready to play straight out of the envelope: 100 proxy cards with original artworks inspired by the Stranger Things series — autumn 1980s Indiana, bikes and walkie-talkies and Christmas lights, and the dead grey mirror of it all under a burning red sky. This is a Dimir (U/B) horror deck led by Eleven, the Girl with the Gate, and the whole town is in the box.

Targeted power level: Bracket 4 — three two-card infinite combos, fast mana and a full tutor package, with real blue-black interaction on top.

Deck Strategy

Everything revolves around Upside Down, the deck's original mechanic: exile the top N cards of EVERY player's library face down into the Upside Down — a shared mirror-zone that only you can reach into. You may look at and play those cards, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast them. Every single trigger is ramp, card advantage and an attack on all three opponents' libraries at once, and the pool only ever grows.

Eleven, the Girl with the Gate is the engine: she opens the gate on arrival and again on every attack, gets bigger for every three cards waiting on the other side, and can shove an opposing creature through the gate for 2 life — removal that hands you the card. Three pillars hold it together:

• "The party" — Mike, Dustin, Lucas, Will, Max and Erica buff each other, feed the gate every time one arrives, and drain the table when one falls thanks to the Hellfire Club. Hopper scales off how many are standing.
• "The other side works for you" — the Demogorgon eats libraries on combat damage, the Mind Flayer steals a creature outright, and Vecna drains every opponent on every card that crosses over while reanimating whatever is waiting there.
• "Three infinite combos" — Thassa's Oracle + Demonic Consultation (or Tainted Pact) wins on the spot, Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal makes infinite mana, and the all-custom Will Byers + The Isolation Tank loop makes infinite mana and an infinite Upside Down, which is infinite drain with Vecna on the battlefield.

Original Mechanics

• Upside Down N — a growing shared exile zone built out of everyone's library that becomes your second hand, castable in any color.
• Open the gate — Eleven, Max and Bury Them in the Void exile creatures into the Upside Down: removal that doubles as card advantage.
• The Kid sub-theme — Mike's anthem, the Hellfire Club drain, Hopper's party-sized attack trigger, Castle Byers and Hawkins Middle School.
• Vecna's toll — every card that crosses over drains each opponent and gains you life.
• Bracket 4 toolkit — Sol Ring, Ancient Tomb, Chrome Mox, Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor, Cyclonic Rift, Fierce Guardianship, Swan Song, Toxic Deluge, Damnation, Rhystic Study, Necropotence and more; around 2.6 average mana value with 35 lands.
