Reminder card. The Hair: a permanent with The Hair enters with three hair counters on it and puts another one on itself at the beginning of your upkeep, forever, unless it has a cut counter on it. Tap it and you gain 2 life for each hair counter on it — that is the healing incantation, and it is the deck's whole engine.

Cut N is an additional cost on a spell: remove N hair counters from among your permanents. Every permanent you take a counter from gets a cut counter and NEVER GROWS HAIR AGAIN. Cutting is one-way. The big spells of this deck are paid for out of the engine that casts them, and you choose whether to gut one source or shave several.

The Lanterns: at the beginning of your end step you create a 1/1 white flying Lantern. They are a COUNT, not an army — nothing in this deck doubles them or gives them an anthem. At ten Lanterns it is the Night of Lanterns, and the top end of the deck switches on.
