Premium−70%The Three Musketeers — 100-Card Commander Deck
SKU DECK-TMK-100
d'Artagnan, the Fourth Musketeer leads this The Three Musketeers Boros (red/white) Commander deck. All for one copies a spell targeting only its bearer for your other creatures with the ability, turning a single combat trick into support for the company. Bracket 4.
The Three Musketeers: one spell reaches the company
d'Artagnan, the Fourth Musketeer leads a Boros (red/white) Commander deck that turns the fellowship of The Three Musketeers into shared spell support. His All for one ability copies a spell you cast that targets only him for each other creature you control with All for one. He also gives that ability to your other Musketeers, so another member of the company can become the starting point. Establishing the team makes a small targeted spell reach much further.
- ALL FOR ONE: When you cast a spell targeting only a creature with All for one, copy it for each other creature you control with that ability. Each copy targets a different one of those creatures.
- THE FOURTH MUSKETEER: d'Artagnan gives your other Musketeers All for one and draws a card when you cast a spell targeting a Musketeer you control, once each turn. With four or more Musketeers at your combat's beginning, he gives your Musketeers double strike for the turn.
- THE COMPANY RESPONDS: When Athos, Comte de La Fère becomes the target of your spell, your other Musketeers get +1/+1 counters. Aramis, the Reluctant Abbé draws a card when he becomes the target of your spell.
- A SHARED COMBAT TRICK: En Garde! gives a target creature you control +1/+1 and first strike until end of turn, then draws a card. Its single target makes it a direct fit for All for one.
Build the company before spending the trick
All for one cares about a spell with only the bearer as its target. A spell targeting several creatures does not meet that condition. The copies are placed on the stack rather than cast, so they do not recursively start the same copying process. They can still make their recipients become targets, which is relevant to Athos and Aramis. Distinguishing cast triggers from target triggers explains much of the deck's sequencing.
Louis XIII, King of France reduces Musketeer spell costs and creates two King's Musketeer tokens on entry, helping develop the board toward d'Artagnan's four-Musketeer combat condition. Constance Bonacieux, the Queen's Linen-Maid grants indestructible for the turn to your Musketeers when they become targets of your spells. This The Three Musketeers Magic Proxy deck suits players who enjoy a creature team supported by efficient targeted spells and a carefully prepared attack.
A 100-card Commander deck plus 3 tokens, with the existing Bracket 4 designation.
