Juke the Stats N: up to N times, choose a counter on a permanent and move it onto another permanent or reclassify it. To reclassify a counter, remove it and put a counter of a different kind on the same permanent — a -1/-1 counter becomes a +1/+1 counter, a +1/+1 counter becomes a stun counter.
