Reminder card. Anti-Magic: whenever an opponent casts a noncreature spell that targets a permanent you control, you may tap this untapped creature. If you do, counter that spell.

Cut: you cut a spell when you counter it with anti-magic. Cards that say "whenever you cut a spell" trigger then.

Vigilance keeps a creature untapped after it attacks, so it can still cut.

“A spell is a promise the world keeps. Anti-magic is the word no.”

Single card from the BLACK CLOVER (Anti-Magic) Commander deck. Sold individually.
