Stratagems and Reinforcements

This Helldivers 2-themed 100-card Commander deck is led by Democracy Officer Elias Halstrom and runs two mechanics pulled directly from the game. A Stratagem is exiled with a delay counter and only resolves at your next upkeep, then hits everything in its zone — your own creatures included, because friendly fire is the whole point of the deck, not an accident. Reinforcements draws from a shared pool of 20 Helldiver tokens available to the whole table: every death spends one, and once the pool runs dry, all of your token creatures are sacrificed — it never refills.
