Reminder card. STRATAGEM: when you cast that spell, choose target player, then exile it with a delay counter on it instead of resolving it. At the beginning of your next upkeep, remove the delay counter, this spell's effect happens, then put this card into its owner's graveyard. Its zone is every creature that player controls and every creature you control. The strike does not read uniforms.
Every Stratagem carries ITS OWN one-turn clock and several of them fall in a game. Nothing in this deck counts up towards one single event.
REINFORCEMENTS: you begin the game with twenty reinforcement counters. Whenever a creature you control dies, remove a reinforcement counter and create a 2/1 red and white Helldiver creature token. If you can't, sacrifice each token creature you control instead. The reserve never refills.
No card in this deck adds a reinforcement counter. The budget only ever goes down.
