Reminder card. Sponsor 
(Any player may pay at instant speed to put a gift counter on target Tribute.) Sponsoring means paying a Sponsor cost. A Tribute is any creature with the Tribute type — The Reaping makes every creature one, and opponents may then sponsor their own.
Whenever an opponent sponsors a Tribute, Katniss makes that player draw a card and rallies. The table buys the show; the show turns the table.
Rally (Put a rebellion counter on target creature an opponent controls. A creature with a rebellion counter on it can't attack you. When it leaves the battlefield or changes control, you create a 2/2 white Human Rebel creature token.)
A rallied creature is not stolen. It stays with its owner and fights everyone else.
