Damage her and she throws it straight back at a creature of theirs. Kill her and she deals 3 to every other creature AND every opponent. At five pages she gets +1/+0 per page — she just keeps growing.
Carrie White is one of the Mortals. Fourteen killers in this deck never needed the book at all — they have no summoned line, they stay on the battlefield through the end step, and they are the only blockers the deck ever has. Their Body count abilities get stronger the more pages the Grimoire has written.
