This 100-card Commander deck is led by Seiya, Knight of Pegasus in Boros, built around two mechanics straight from the anime: protection from repeated techniques and Cloth armor.

• The same technique never works twice: whenever a spell or ability deals damage to a creature, that creature gains protection from spells and abilities with that name for the rest of the game — a table-wide law that applies to everyone, on every battlefield, though combat damage is exempt.
• The Cloth: an Armor absorbs a destroy effect by breaking, going to the graveyard and leaving a piece behind. Repairing it costs life, not mana — 3 life, plus 3 more for each additional repair that turn.
