This Skyrim-themed 100-card Commander deck is built around The Dragonborn and plays out two mechanics lifted straight from the game. Thu'um turns every Shout into a scalable spell: pay for one, two, or three Words and the effect grows with each — but once you've shouted, you can't shout again until your next turn, the only true cooldown in the format. Absorb the Soul rewards you for dragons dying anywhere at the table: every dragon that dies, controlled by any player, is exiled and gives The Dragonborn a soul counter, and those counters unlock the second and third Words of your Shouts.
